I believe in being strong

Audrey Hepburn - I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong

Audrey-Hepburn“I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.”

I was born, raised and I still live near Verona (Italy), though I worked for a time in Dublin. I started writing fantasy stories as a kid. Today I’m a bookseller who reads fantasy, history, mythology, anthropology and lots of speculative fiction. Somehow, all of this has found its way into my own dieselpunk stories.

  6. That’s a great quote. And I love that this is a strong, successful woman, who isn’t abashed in saying she loves and believes in pink. So often at the moment it feels like ‘strong women’ shouldn’t be girly. It’s refreshing to get a little reminder that it girly and pretty and pink can be strong.
