It is terrible. I’ve been watching the news and it is heartwrenching. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that this is only the beginning.

I don’t know what to think or feel. It’s like the world is going mad.

I normally keep abreast with things happening in the world but have been locked down busy writing the last couple of weeks. The world is a mad place.

Terribly unsettling and heartbreaking. I’m so sorry for all of those affected… not just in Paris, but abroad, and to all of the people that will continue to be affected from here on.

This is such a huge thing it’s even hard to grasp. I’m addicted to all news. I’m trying to understand and I’m not even sure it is possible to understand…

This is a tragedy and a senseless waste of people’s lives. Praying for the people in Paris and all who were affected by this horrific act.

Senseless, you said right. But we need to find a sense or we’re never find a solution.

It’s hard for anyone to make sense of things like this, Sarah. It’s… impossible, really. And seeing what happened in Paris reminds me of how frightened and sad I felt after the Boston Marathon Bombings. No one I knew was hurt that day, but knowing the attack happened in the area of Boston I’ve visited most and hurt so many people… 🙁 So I feel for Paris, too.

These are things that really affect anyone. I think everyone would think, what if I had been there? What if it happened near me? Or to someoneI know?
It’s a horrible feeling, but I also think it’s something that may really bring people together.
